Join us for a taster swim session in Highbury & Islington on Tuesday 20th October, from 20:05 to 20:50.
This session is designed for adults with little to no swimming experience who would like to take their first steps towards feeling more comfortable in the water.
We’ll introduce you to what a typical first swimming lesson looks like, including getting familiar with the water, practising breathwork and exploring basic floatation skills. It’s a chance to meet our team, experience our teaching style and get a feel for our sessions in a relaxed, supportive environment.
Not ready to get into the water just yet? There’s no pressure to participate in the water. You’re very welcome to join us, observe the session and see what our lessons are all about before deciding whether you’re ready to take the plunge.
